Mr. Anthony Cruz, also known as Tony is a veteran of the US Air Force. Mr. Cruz has B.S. in Chemical Engineering at Tufts University (Medford, MA) and M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University (Palo Alto, CA). Mr. Cruz is the Chief Executive Officer of SFC Fluidics LLC and is passionate about advancing health care and improving the quality of life for diabetics. Mr. Cruz served as a General Manager of Facet Technologies, LLC. Mr. Cruz has a breadth of twenty years of sales, marketing, and business development experience within the medical device and biotech sectors. Mr. Cruz served as Global Vice President of Business Development at US Surgical, a division of Tyco Healthcare (Covidien), where he oversaw acquisition of technologies and companies. He served as a Global Business Director of Becton Dickinson (Franklin Lakes, NJ) as well as business development and finance leadership roles at two biotechnology companies: one of which was acquired for over $2B and the other is currently listed on NASDAQ with a $1B+ valuation. Mr. Cruz is dedicated to making life better for people with diabetes.

Michelle graduated from Georgia State University and has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctorate degree. Michelle has over 6 years of experience in sales, finance, and non-profit work and is extremely dedicated to her work. Michelle is William’s sister and knows first-hand the complications associated with Type-1 diabetes. Michelle continuously strives to make a difference in the world and hopes to improve the quality of life for those with diabetes.

William is working towards his PhD from the University of West Georgia. William is a type 1 diabetic and founded FYI Diabetes with his sister. William is also President of VasoCorp and has five patent pending formulas on the market today that address complications from diabetes. William was awarded “Young Entrepreneur of the Year” by the U. S. Small Business Administration who noted “The commitment you’ve made toward helping others with their neuropathy and other diabetic conditions is not only commendable, it is also very inspirational. Through your resourcefulness and dedication, you are making a tremendous, positive and lasting impact in the community.”
Chuck Camp

Director of Media Relations

Charles “Chuck” Camp is a Georgia native who’s career spans over 30 years in Radio and on TV. As Director of Media relations, his role with FYI Diabetes will be to create programming, which will be used in fund raising efforts.
James Yeargan, JD

James Yeargan, JD

Legal Advisor

James Yeargan is one of the most respected, and sought after attorneys in the state. Mr. Yeargan is also a type 1 diabetic and is an avid supporter of FYI Diabetes and other philanthropic institutions focused on diabetes. Mr. Yeargan completed his undergraduate education at Emory University, and legal education at Mercer University.

Support Services

While Mark is not a diabetic himself, he has several family members who are and he has seen the struggle they live with first-hand. He is dedicated to helping educate people and to eradicating this disease. Mark is a graduate of the University of West Georgia with a BS degree in Computer Science. He primarily supports our team with Internet, website and other technical issues.
